This starter policy should be reviewed and adapted to your business and local law before launch.

Orders and payments

Orders remain pending until an administrator verifies the payment reference. A payment confirmation is not a third-party payment gateway receipt. Keep your transaction record until your order is active.

Server provisioning

Server creation depends on available infrastructure, correct plan configuration, and a working Pterodactyl integration. If deployment fails after payment approval, the provider should resolve the issue or contact the customer about next steps.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use services for illegal activity, abuse, attacks, malware distribution, or activity that harms the platform or other users. Administrators may suspend access for abuse, subject to applicable law and the provider's final policy.
