Information stored

The website stores account names and email addresses, hashed account passwords, order details, transaction/reference IDs submitted for verification, and service identifiers returned by the connected Pterodactyl panel.

How information is used

Information is used to manage accounts, verify payments, provision requested hosting services, send service emails, and troubleshoot orders. SMTP credentials and the Pterodactyl API key are stored in the website database and should be protected with strong server and database access controls.

Data sharing

When automatic deployment is configured, customer email and name details may be sent to the linked Pterodactyl panel to create the associated panel account and server. The website does not include a third-party card processor by default.
